In this respect I would also mention that, after Dr. Faneceite's return, the only matter in which he personally did not act was the argument of the Summons, briefed as junior to the counsel for the Brown by the Brown Solicitor, a course of proceeding I believe unusual, if not invariable, in Crown suits of any kind.
